- 100ml Brothers Pink Grapefruit Cider
- 100ml Prosecco
- 30ml Aperol
- Ice - for glasses
- Pink Grapefruit to garnish
- Wine glass
Summer cocktails don't come any better than this, the Italian classic Aperol Spritz with a Brothers Cider twist. Our Pink Grapefruit Spritz is a real crowd pleaser, light, refreshing and super simple to make. A true taste of summer!
Method:
- Add ice to a large wine glass.
- Pour in 30ml Aperol.
- Add 100ml Brothers Pink Grapefruit cider.
- Top with Prosecco - don’t stir in the lovely layers!
- Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
