Brothers has been part of Hyde Park Winter Wonderland in previous years, serving warm cider to people making the most of London's festive season. And we're back for 2026 as the Official Mulled Cider Partner bringing our two winter favourites, Spiced Toffee Apple and Mulled Apple & Rum, along for another season of festive get-togethers. When the temperature drops and you've spent a couple of hours exploring the markets, there's something particularly good about a warm cider. Our winter warmers bring together the fruity flavours Brothers is known for with a little seasonal spice.
There are two flavours to look out for.

Brothers Spiced Toffee Apple
If you've ever had our Toffee Apple Cider, you'll know it isn't exactly a traditional cider flavour. And that's rather the point. Spiced Toffee Apple takes the familiar apple and toffee combination and adds warming winter spices for a sweet, comforting winter serve. It's a little nostalgic and a little unexpected. Perfect for those chilly evenings when you need something warming before heading back out into the festivities.

Brothers Mulled Apple & Rum
If you prefer something with a richer, spiced character, there's Mulled Apple & Rum. Bringing together apple flavours, winter spices and a hint of dark rum, it's our twist on a traditional mulled cider. The kind of drink that makes you quite happy to stand around catching up with your mates for a little longer. And let's face it, those are usually the best parts of the evening.

One minute you're browsing festive gifts. The next you're trying to work out whether you really need another Christmas decoration. You probably don't. That doesn't mean you won't buy it. Make time to wander around the market stalls and enjoy the atmosphere without rushing to the next thing.
Make Time for the Food
One of the best bits of a winter market is the food. Whether you're after something savoury, something sweet or just a snack between attractions, there's plenty of opportunity to stop and grab a bite. A warm pretzel or sausage roll makes a particularly good companion to a warm cider.
Enjoy the Attractions
