Brothers is Delighted To Be Partnering With British Indie Comedy Swede Caroline

Swede Caroline

Brothers is delighted to be partnering with British Indie comedy Swede Caroline, out exclusively in cinemas today! Book your tickets here: www.swedecaroline.com

And it’s not just down to our mutual love of wonky and oversized veg that we formed this partnership - the film Swede Caroline was set around Shepton Mallet, the home of Brothers cider. You know we love a bit of comedy and the lighter touch here at Brothers and that’s why our seriously unserious cider and Swede Caroline make the perfect match.

There is also an epic screening and gala for Swede Caroline happening at the Strode Theatre just around the corner on 28th April which you can book here.

Swede Caroline

Film legend Shane Meadows describes the films as “a truly one of a kind whodunnit”. It’s an award-winning debut Feature from Finn Bruce and Brook Driver poking a comedic carrot at the quintessentially English, eccentric world of competitive vegetable growers.

The Swede Caroline team said:

“Our partnership with Brothers is epic - our apples and swedes are totally aligned and we cannot wait to host a special gala and Q&A of Swede Caroline at Strode cinema, ideal for fans of Brothers on 28th April. Check out the link for other cinema bookings around the country in addition to the gala event at Glastonbury www.swedecaroline.com

So, here’s to always embracing wonkiness, savouring the taste of Somerset, and turning every drop into a celebration – this time with a big drop of comedy with the hilarious Swede Caroline!

Swede Caroline

In this British Mockumentary, the competitive giant vegetable growing world is rocked by scandal when up-and-coming prospect Caroline (Jo Hartley) has her prized marrow plants stolen.

What follows is a tumultuous tale involving private detectives (Aisling Bea & Ray Fearon), kidnappings, big turnips and a corruption scandal that takes Caroline and her trusty partners Willy and Paul (Celyn Jones & Richard Lumsden) all the way to the top!
